4. Voice & Call Data

Customers control what voice data is captured, retained, transcribed, summarized, or integrated with third-party systems. Customers are responsible for providing required notices and obtaining legally required consents from callers.

We process voice and call-related data as a service provider to customers under contractual instructions, security controls, and applicable telecommunications and privacy laws.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with infrastructure providers, telecommunications carriers, analytics vendors, payment processors, and professional advisors under appropriate contractual safeguards.
