1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of Dialnox websites, APIs, voice services, and related infrastructure operated by Thorium DC, LLC.
2. Permitted Use
Dialnox is intended for lawful business communications such as customer support, appointment scheduling, sales qualification, order assistance, and internal operations workflows configured with appropriate controls.
3. Prohibited Use
You may not use Dialnox to:
- Violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party rights.
- Place unlawful robocalls, spam calls, or unsolicited telemarketing without proper consent.
- Harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or deceive callers or recipients.
- Transmit malware, conduct phishing, or attempt unauthorized access to systems.
- Circumvent rate limits, security controls, carrier restrictions, or usage caps.
- Process highly sensitive data without appropriate legal basis and safeguards, including certain health, financial, or children's data where prohibited.
- Generate or disseminate illegal, exploitative, hateful, or violent content.
4. AI Voice Employee Use
Customers must configure AI agents with approved knowledge sources, permissioned tools, escalation rules, and human handoff paths appropriate to risk.
You may not represent AI agents as human when disclosure is required, or deploy agents in contexts where automated decision-making is restricted without appropriate safeguards.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, request remediation, throttle or block traffic, suspend accounts, and cooperate with carriers or authorities as needed. Repeated or severe violations may result in termination without refund.
6. Reporting Abuse
Report suspected abuse to sales@dialnox.com with call examples, timestamps, and supporting details.
